PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly durable column packing material that is used for measuring hemoglobin by liquid chromatography and enables highly accurate measurement.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing the column packing material for measuring hemoglobin comprises the processes of: absorbing a monomer mixture containing a nonionic cross-linking monomer and a nonionic hydrophilic monomer having reactive functional groups into non-cross-linked polymer particles; polymerizing them in the presence of a polymerization initiator to obtain a nonionic hydrophilic cross-linked polymer; and reacting the nonionic hydrophilic cross-linked polymer with a compound having ion exchange groups reacting with reactive functional groups that the nonionic hydrophilic cross-linked polymer has. Thereby, the column packing material for measuring hemoglobin is obtained. |
