PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a blue organic light emitting element with high light emitting efficiency and a long continuous driving life.SOLUTION: An organic light emitting element has a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a light emitting layer arranged between the positive electrode and the negative electrode. The light emitting layer emits fluorescent light, and has a first light emitting layer, and a second light emitting layer contacting the negative electrode side of the first light emitting layer. The first light emitting layer and the second light emitting layer satisfy a following relationship: |LUMO(D2)|-|LUMO(H2)|>|HOMO(H1)|-|HOMO(D1)|. A first host material and a second host material are different compounds. An aryl group is constituted only by carbon atoms, and has at least one single bond. Energy coupled in the second light emitting layer emits light in the first light emitting layer. |
