PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for perishable food that can contribute to keeping freshness of the perishable food and extension of the period of freshness keeping, and to provide a storage for the perishable food.SOLUTION: For a sheet for perishable food for the purpose of freshness keeping of the perishable food, the sheet for perishable food includes an ingredient 11 comprising a first component of 30-35% in terms of mass ratio comprising one, two or more kinds selected from silver zeolite, copper zeolite or calcined zeolite, a second component of 16-27% in terms of mass ratio comprising magnesium oxide and coral powder, cordierite of 25-35% in terms of mass ratio, and titanium oxide of 10-21% in terms of mass ratio. The ingredient is dispersed in a liquid binder at a concentration of 9-31% in terms of mass ratio. The liquid matter obtained by dispersing the ingredient in the binder is applied on a sheet body 13 and dried. |
