PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die for film insert molding which can prevent the position of a film set by means of vacuum drawing from being deviated, even if an injection pressure is high during molten resin injection, as well as a resin product formed using this die.SOLUTION: A die 1 for film insert molding includes a first die 10 and a second die 20 which can form a cavity 30 by making a relative clamping action to the first die 10. In the die, a film 40 is vacuum drawn with respect to the cavity 30 while being applied to a cavity surface 14a which forms the cavity 30 of the first die 10, and then, a molten resin M is injected into the cavity 30 to which the film 40 is set. Thus, a resin product 50 in which the film 40 is inserted, can be molded. In the cavity surface 14a for forming the cavity 30 of the first die 10, an edge 18 for preventing the position of the film 40 set on the cavity surface 14a, from being deviated, is formed. |
