PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent inconsistency from being generated in a content of voice service setting information among a plurality of mobile management nodes (e. g. MME and SGSN) which activate an ISR, when the voice service setting information held by a mobile station when the ISR is activated is updated.SOLUTION: A mobile station 1 can perform position registration processing between an MME 31 and an SGSN 32 and supports an ISR (Idle mode Signaling Reduction) for reducing the position registration processing accompanying re-selection by the mobile station 1 between E-UTRAN 21 and GERAN/UTRAN 22. Furthermore, the mobile station 1 deactivates the ISR in the mobile station 1 when the voice service setting information held by the mobile station 1 is updated when the ISR is activated.
