The present invention provides a battery cell comprising: an electrode assembly in which an electrolyte solution is impregnated and has a structure of an anode/a separation layer/and a cathode that can be charged and discharged; a battery case, in which the electrode assembly is embedded, comprising aluminum or an aluminum alloy; and a protective coating layer, which is coated on at least a portion of the exterior surface of the battery case, comprising an insulating polymer.
