The present invention relates to a head structure for a lipstick sample container and to a method for filling the lipstick sample container with lipstick. According to the head structure for a lipstick sample container and to the method for filling the lipstick sample container with lipstick, the contents are injected through a content-injection hole with the lipstick forming unit of a jig and the outer circumferential surface of a lipstick unit separated from each other by a small interval so as to enable the lipstick to be applied to the outer circumferential surface through a space between the lipstick unit and the lipstick forming unit such that users may use the lipstick sample container, by means of which a small amount of lipstick is applied, in a sanitary manner.
