Computer implemented systems and methods for controlling a blow molder. An inspection device may be programmed to measure material distributions for a plurality of containers while the containers are on-line. Values for at least two input parameters of a blow molder during molding of each of the plurality of containers may be recorded. A model expressing a relationship between container material distributions and the at least two blow molder input parameters may be derived. Data may be received describing a new baseline material distribution. Utilizing the model, a first set of values for the at least two blow molder input parameters may be derived based on the model to drive the blow molder output to the new baseline material distribution. When the new baseline material distribution is supported, the first set of values for the at least two blow molder input parameters may be transmitted to the blow molder.
