发明名称 ELEVATOR FOR AIRCRAFT AND STAIRCASE
摘要 The present invention combines in a single element the functions of an elevator (1) for aircraft and movable staircase (2) on wheels (26). Its new method of use provides better service comfort and safety to persons with physical disabilities, the sick, the elderly, pregnant women, animals and load, as well as greater safety and comfort, time gains and ease of embarking and disembarking in said locations. It increases the operational efficiency of all processes in question. Said elevator for aircraft and staircase on wheels comprises: an elevator (1) and a movable staircase (2) (2A) on wheels (26). The elevator is attached to or integrated into the staircase (2) on wheels (26) or truck (25) in order to lift sick persons, wheelchair users, pregnant women, the elderly, animals and load. The elevator (1) movable staircase (2) (2A) on wheels (26) uses electric motors (3) (3A) and (15) for the elevator and ramp, respectively. For the elevator, it uses a hydraulic motor (4), a hydraulic system valve (5), a battery (6) (6A) to actuate the electric and lighting systems, a battery recharger (7) (7A), a fixed lighting system (8) (8A) (8B) (8C) (8D) (8E) (8F), an elevator control panel (9) (9A) (9B) (9C), a remote control operation unit (10), an automatic door (11), a flexible safety door (12) (12A) (12B) (12C) (12D) (12E) that slides on rails and a safety crosswalk (13),a detachable or hydraulic ramp (14), a detachable ramp motor (15), a service door for the triphase power and service outlets (16) (16A) (16B), a remote control sensor (17) (17A) (17B) (17C), an automatic door sensor (18), with or without remote control, triphase power cables (19) (19A), a cable drum (20), safety doors (21), a small sliding door for the power cable (22), triphase power outlets (23) (23A), an electric energy microwave reception unit (24), a truck (25), wheels (26) (26A), a remote control (27), an internal DC switch (28) for the staircase and a light switch (29) and (29A) at the access to the staircase, an awning (30) with rollers to protect against the rain, reversible (double sense) electric motors (31) with gearwheels (40) to lift the elevator on wheels by means of toothed racks (32). The hydraulic compressor (33) generates hydraulic pressure to lift the tilting platform (14). A mechanical, electric, hydraulic accordion system (34) cooperates with the hydraulic compressor (33) to lift the elevator,. The control levers (35) for the tilting platform or elevator are used to raise or lower the same. An iron pipe (36) is used to connect an auxiliary pressure hose (37) attached to a tractor or truck, if necessary. The solar panel (38) can be used to collect solar energy. The chain (39) is part of the electric motor assembly and the gears (40) are used for moving the elevator on the tracks. The fuel engine-driven generator (41) and (41A) is used to generate electricity. The brake (42) is used to stop the elevator movable staircase. The counterweight (43) facilitates the use of the elevator movable staircase when a hydraulic system is used. The fuel engine (44) is used to generate energy or hydraulic pressure for the elevator and platform. A simple platform (45) with an electric engine can be used for raising said elements. The slide boat (46) (46A) or slide for emergency evacuation is actuated, when the door locked by the actuated cocking system is opened, for when the elevator is used alone without the auxiliary staircase. The spiral toothed rack (47) (47A) (47B) (47C) or the track with chain (48) and (48A) is used, together with the motor (3) for lifting the elevator. An inductive electric energy reception unit (49). A chair elevator (50). The elevator (1) movable staircase (2) on wheels (26) uses all the above-mentioned components and can reverse the entire lifting process in a simple and direct manner, merely by actuation of the control panel, of a remote control or levers, if any are used. In order to overcome such drawbacks, the present invention was developed with four processes for carrying out said lifting: electromechanical, electrohydraulic, pantographic accordion movement, and hydraulic mechanical. The process in question is thus rendered easier and more accessible. The invention can be attached to a truck for its transport. It thus provides an improved service, comfort, safety and access to persons with physical disabilities, the elderly, pregnant women, animals and load. It eliminates physical effort, risk, time losses and offers a greater margin of safety to users with special needs. The elevator for aircraft staircase on wheels allows ordinary persons to pass over when it is stopped in its main position (in the structural base), as if it was a continuation of the staircase on wheels. When it needs to be used by users with special needs, the red safety crosswalk is used, with safety doors to limit access to the staircase. Users with special needs, such as wheelchair users, pregnant women, the elderly, animals and load, are thus lifted. The red safety crosswalk is then removed and only one of the safety doors at the top of the staircase is opened, giving access to the desired site. After embarking the persons with special needs, the entire process is reversed. The elevator for aircraft portable staircase on wheels becomes again part of the access staircase, in continuation of the same, returning to its permanent position. The elevator for aircraft and staircase solves the problem of the lack of fingers used for embarking and disembarking passengers and of the lack of space for attaching the same, allowing immediate service to aircraft in other sites during intense ground traffic jam hours. The small elevator for aircraft and portable push staircase is attached to the toothed tracks by the gears, in conjunction with the electric motor for lifting the same, and the process is then reversed in order to release the staircase. The (lifting chair) and the (lifting platform) are fitted on the tracks or screwed thereon when in use, and can then be folded and removed, or withdrawn and stored. It can be used in the fields of commercial, public or private aviation, for ships, boats, embarking platforms for trains and underground trains, during shows and events, in the industry, in commercial establishments, homes, hospitals and schools. It can be operated by flight attendants, crews of ships, boats, trains, underground trains, ground staff, workers, people in general, wheelchair users, provided they receive specific training on its appropriate use. It can dispense with push back tractors, when attached to a truck, which truck can carry wheelchair users and load. It can even prevent any risk of wheelchair users and load becoming wet on rainy days, and illuminate accesses.
