PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic clock having a charge function in which a secondary battery is charged by electromagnetic induction.SOLUTION: An electronic clock includes a transmit/receive coil 11 which is coupled to a transmit/receive coil 101 disposed on a reader/writer device 100 when the electronic clock is placed on the reader/writer device 100, a signal processing circuit (an integrated circuit U1) which detects a signal induced by the transmit/receive coil 11 to receive data transmitted by the reader/writer device 100 and drives the transmit/receive coil 11 to transmit data to the reader/writer device 100, a secondary battery 13, and a charging circuit 12 which charges the secondary battery 13 with an electric power induced by the transmit/receive coil 11. |
