PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution line monitoring control system and a distribution line monitoring control method capable of separating more users as possible from an accident section when an accident such as disconnection occurs in a power distribution system by quickly detecting an accident occurrence place by a simple configuration and separating the accident occurrence place from a sound power distribution system.SOLUTION: A plurality of distribution lines are connected to a distribution bus; disconnection detection devices arranged in respective connecting distribution lines for connecting between respective distribution lines are polled; when disconnection in any one of distribution lines is detected, a control command is outputted to a connecting switch included in the connecting distribution line so as to supply power to at least one of disconnection detection devices arranged in a plurality of places of the distribution line; and the disconnection detection devices arranged in the plurality of places of the distribution line whose disconnection is detected are successively state-monitored to determine a disconnection place.
