PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dither control circuit capable of improving a distortion rate, and an audio output system.SOLUTION: A dither control circuit 70 includes: a dither generation circuit 71 for generating a dither signal; a level detection circuit 72 for detecting a level of an input signal; a coefficient control circuit 73 for controlling a coefficient in accordance with the detection result of the level detection circuit 72; and a multiplier 74 for multiplying the dither signal outputted from the dither generation circuit 71 by the coefficient outputted from the coefficient control circuit 73. |
