PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease food waste, increase a quantity of production as a cut mushroom, improve quality and marketability as a commodity, and contribute to structure simplification of the whole device.SOLUTION: A cutting device for cutting a ferrule part Ms of a cultured mushroom M includes a mushroom set part 2 capable of setting the mushroom M on a prescribed cut position Xs, at least one pair of cutter parts 3p and 3q having blade parts 3pb and 3qb opposed on both the outer surfaces of the mushroom M so as to cut a gap between the edible part Mm and the ferrule part Ms of the mushroom M set on the prescribed cut position Xs, and curved or folded in a mountain-like form, and a cutter driving mechanism part 4 capable of moving forward and backward each of the cutter parts 3p and 3q so as to displace the blade parts 3pb and 3qb in each of the cutter parts 3p and 3q along the circular arc. |
