PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat position adjusting device that can obtain high strength against a load from the outside without involving a weight increase of the device.SOLUTION: Since an outer rail 20 and an inner rail for moving a vehicle seat in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle are formed in pipe-like shapes, and the outer rail 20 and the inner rail are formed in closed shapes in a vertical direction and in a widthwise direction of the vehicle, strength against a load from the outside can be enhanced, and a weight increase of the entire device can be suppressed without depending on a thickness increase of the outer rail 20 and the inner rail. |
