PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe blank cartridge that prevents fragments and unburned materials such as propellant powder from flying off at high speeds, which can uniformly burn the propellant powder.SOLUTION: A blank cartridge includes: a burning container 60 that is a cylindrical container having at least one opened end in an axial direction; and a bottom member 10 attached to the opened end of the burning container. The bottom member has a communication hole 12 connecting the outside with the inside of the burning container, the inside of the burning container is loaded with propellant powder K3, the communication hole is loaded with a primer K1 for ignition, and a part between the primer and the propellant powder is loaded with igniting powder K2. In the burning container, a flying-off preventing member 40 with a plurality of penetrated parts 41 is disposed to an end part on a side, to which the bottom member is not attached, and the igniting powder K2 is disposed at a central part in a radial direction in the burning container 60 and is disposed to be extended in the vicinity of the flying-off preventing member 40 from the primer K1 in the axial direction. |
