PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new nanocomposite or nano-dispersion, which particularly has an excellent water repellent/oil repellent effect or a hydrophilic/oil repellent effect.SOLUTION: The nanocomposite includes: a fluorine-containing compound represented by general formula (I) [wherein Rf is perfluoroalkyl, perfluoro-oxa-alkyl, etc.]; and a silane coupling agent represented by general formula (III) [wherein X is a functional group selected from the group consisting of vinyl, styryl, methacryloxy, acryloxy, amino, quaternary ammonium, ureide, sulfide, isocyanate, alkoxy, sulfo and phosphate, A is divalent hydrocarbon group which may include oxygen atom, nitrogen atom and sulfur atom, Ris hydroxy, Ris alkyl, alkoxyalkyl or hydrogen atom, and m is 1 or 2]. |
