PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow capable of efficiently cooling a cooling gel sheet, demonstrating the heat absorption effect over a long period of time, and obtaining a comfortable sleep environment.SOLUTION: The pillow 10 includes a cushion 20, and a cooling gel sheet 30 attached to an upper surface of the cushion 20. The cooling gel sheet 30 has a plurality of rugged parts 34 formed on the surface, and the cushion 20 is composed of a high resilience foam latex. Thus, turning-over is facilitated, the head is appropriately moved on the cooling gel sheet, the contact part of the head on the cooling gel sheet is cooled, and thus the heat absorption effect of the cooling gel sheet is maintained for a long time. |
