PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of eliminating image stains, dirt in the device or the like, when toner is heated, melted and fixed on a recording sheet.SOLUTION: On the basis of inputted image data, a toner image is formed on a photosensitive drum 51 and transferred to an intermediate transfer belt 33. On the basis of the image data, a control part 80 makes transfer body laser irradiation means 60 irradiate a non-image part in the intermediate transfer belt with laser beams. When the toner image is transferred from the intermediate transfer belt 33 to a recording sheet, the toner at the non-image part is fused with the intermediate transfer belt 33, and is not transferred to paper.
