PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purification method by which an envelope virus or an envelope viral antigen can be separated/purified in an excellent purification rate from a sample liquid containing the envelope virus or the envelope viral antigen.SOLUTION: A purification method for purifying an envelope virus or an envelope viral antigen from a sample liquid containing the same is provided. The method comprises a step of bringing the sample liquid into contact with an anion exchange resin to make the anion exchange resin to adsorb at least a part of impurities included in the sample liquid, a step of bringing the sample liquid after having been brought into contact with the anion exchange resin into contact with a calcium phosphate-based compound and making the calcium phosphate-based compound to adsorb the envelope virus or the envelope viral antigen, and a step of eluting the envelope virus or the envelope viral antigen from the calcium phosphate-based compound by feeding an eluate to the calcium phosphate-based compound. |
