An electromagnetic shielding composite, comprising a copper foil having a thickness of 5 to 15 mum, a Ni coating on one surface of the copper foil at a coating amount of 90 to 5000 mug/dm2, a Cr oxide layer formed on the surface of the Ni coating at 5 to 100 mug/dm2 based on the Cr mass, and a resin layer laminated on the opposite surface of the copper foil.
