A game system including an attribute storage unit, a reading unit, a calculation unit, a reception unit, and a control unit. The attribute storage unit may be configured so as to associate and store, for each player, player attribute information indicating the attributes of a player playing a game. The reading unit may be configured so as to read from the attribute storage unit the player attribute information associated to a selected opponent player. The calculation unit may be configured so as to browse at least the player attribute information, and calculate opponent virtual anticipated instruction information indicating a virtual instruction for the game anticipated to be given by the opponent player. The reception unit may be configured so as to receive the instruction information indicating an instruction for the game by the player. The control unit may be configured so as to control the progress of the game, in accordance with the instruction information received by the reception unit and the opponent virtual anticipated instruction information calculated by the calculation unit. |
