<p>The present invention concerns a scaffold with a deck and a method for adapting a deck to a scaffold, wherein the scaffold includes scaffolding frames - typically made of steel - as well as decks made with fixing means for fixing to the frames, wherein the fixing means at least include cutouts and/or projections, wherein at least part of the deck is made of a fibre composite material and includes at least one plate member with a top side, a bottom side, two longitudinal sides and two transverse ends. A deck according to the invention further includes two end parts, wherein the fixing means are arranged on or in the end parts, and wherein the plate member is entirely or partially made by pultrusion, having a weight between 8 and 14 kg/m2 or less, and at the same time fitting into the current scaffolding frames.</p> |
