Disclosed are a negative hydrogen ion powder and a preparation process thereof. The raw materials of the powder consist of nacre powder, pearl oyster powder, mu-yu stone powder, sea shrimp shell powder and buckwheat powder, with the weight percentages thereof being 15-40:18-38:2-14:1-7:20-45. The preparation process of the powder comprises oxidative sintering and reductive sintering, with the negative hydrogen ion powder finally being prepared.
