PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration element and a vibrator which unfailingly obtain electrical connection even when an extraction electrode, having a thick film relative to an excitation electrode, is formed, and to provide an oscillator and an electronic apparatus which reliably operate.SOLUTION: A vibration element includes: a vibration part; a thick part integrated with the vibration part and being thicker than a thickness of the vibration part; an excitation electrode disposed on both major surfaces of the vibration part and composed of one or more conductor layers; and a lead electrode that is disposed at the thick part, is electrically connected with the excitation electrode, and is composed of one or more conductor layers. At least one layer of the excitation electrode is the same layer as at least one layer of the lead electrode. |
