PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute moving image data contributed by a contributor to a viewer who desires to view the data.SOLUTION: A moving image distributing system includes: contribution accepting means for accepting contribution of moving image data from a contributor terminal; record control means for allowing storage means to record the accepted moving image data in association with user information for identifying a user as a contributor; moving image reproducing means for distributing the recorded moving image data to a viewer terminal to reproduce the moving image data at the viewer terminal, according to a request from the viewer terminal; point subtraction means for, when the moving image data is viewed by a viewer, subtracting consumption points corresponding to the viewed moving image data from viewing points recorded in association with the user information for identifying the user; and means for, when the moving image data is viewed by the viewer, adding acquisition points corresponding to the viewed moving image data to contribution points recorded in association with the user information. |
