PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel tank system and a fuel tank system abnormality detecting method capable of detecting a hole formed in a fuel tank and abnormality of a control valve.SOLUTION: A diaphragm valve 46 is arranged in a vent pipe 36 for communicating a fuel tank 14 with a canister 34. A first bypass pipe 62 between a tank side vent pipe 36T and a canister side vent pipe 36C and a second bypass pipe 66 between the middle of the first bypass pipe and a back pressure chamber 58, are switched in a flow passage by a solenoid valve 68. A control device 32 detects abnormality from tank internal pressure when driving a diagnostic pump 40 and a control state of the solenoid valve 68. |
