PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development that has excellent transfer efficiency and excellent glossiness of toner images.SOLUTION: A toner for electrostatic charge image includes a glitter pigment in which glitter pigment particles having circularity of 0.90 or more and 0.94 or less account for 15 number % or more of the total glitter pigment particles. The toner has excellent transfer efficiency and excellent glossiness of toner images even when used in a condition where stress is applied on developer such as a small printing surface area in a high-temperature and high-humidity condition. The content of the glitter pigment is 10 mass% or more and 40 mass% or less.
