PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure and preventing a collapse of winding of a wound long body.SOLUTION: A rotation support device 10 includes: a rotary base 12 configured to wind a long body BL by being rotated about a base axial center 12A as a rotation center; a displacement means 15 having one end 15A turnably connected to a rotary base 12 side and the other end 15B displaceable in a direction separated from/approaching the base axial center 12A; an interval changing means 16 provided movably in an extension direction of the base axial center 12A and capable of adjusting a distance between the other end and the base axial center 12A in the abutment state of the other end 15B of the displacement means 15; and a guide means 13 having a guide surface 13A with which one side edge of the wound long body BL may be in abutment. The guide means 13 has a base end supported to a rotary base 12A side and a displaceable free end. |
