PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical accessory attachment device for sharply reducing an influence to optical characteristics of a lens device due to attachment to a circular tube-like lens barrel, and suppressing operation force to be required for the attachment as low to attain successful operability, and an optical accessory.SOLUTION: In an optical accessory attachment device which is attached to the periphery of a lens barrel, and an optical accessory, the optical accessory attachment device includes: a fixation cylinder; an operation member which is rotatable around a center axis of the fixation cylinder; and a first elastic member and a second elastic member which contact the fixation cylinder or the inner peripheral part of the operation member, and is constituted so that the first elastic member pressurizes the approximate perimeter of the periphery of the lens barrel in the diameter reduction direction by rotating the operation member, and the second elastic member engages with an engagement groove on the periphery of the lens barrel at a part on the circumference. |
