PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain quality of individual forms to be input and to enhance working efficiency in a form conveyor.SOLUTION: Barcodes 62A formed in respective forms 63 are read and photographed by a BCR 13 and the respective forms 63 constituting an individual unit are accumulated to a total pagination based on the barcodes 62A, determination is made whether there is an abnormal quality in the respective forms 63 based on the photographed data and managing information is perceived in a control section, a history reflecting at least the determination result is stored relating to the managing information, when determination is made that any form 63 is abnormal, in the step when all the forms 63 including the abnormal form constituting the individual unit are accumulated in an individual unit accumulating section 21, operation is stopped, or the forms are rejected. |
