<p>A portable anti-theft locking apparatus (1) is adapted to sleeve on a rotating knob (21) for a door lock and a handle (22) to restrict the rotation of the rotating knob (21). The locking apparatus comprises a locking main body (11) provided with an embedding part (110) adapted to sleeve on the rotating knob (21).
