ENERGY-SAVING SCRATCH-RESISTANT BRIGHTNESS ENHANCEMENT FILM

摘要

An energy-saving scratch-resistant brightness enhancement film provided with a triangular prism structure layer and a PET layer. The triangular prism structure layer is arranged over the PET layer. The triangular prism structure is provided with high triangular prisms and low triangular prisms. Every two high triangular prisms have arranged therebetween three low triangular prisms. The surfaces of the high triangular prisms and the low triangular prisms are all covered with an ultraviolet adhesive layer having a memory feature and comprising a grafted elastomer. The brightness enhancement film not only is capable of enhancing the scratch-resistance of the horizontal prism structure layer on the surface of the brightness enhancement film, but also obviates the need for a protective film layer, thus preventing pollution, reducing human resources, reducing energy consumption, and increasing backlight module assembly efficiency.
