A game system communicates with each of multiple terminal devices that: receives an instruction for creation of game data from a user; and enables the user to play a game that applies the game data. A game server storage device stores the created game data in accordance with an instruction for a terminal device from a creator. In accordance with a request from the user, a control device sends the game data stored in the storage device to the terminal device of the user, and in accordance with a usage condition of the game data, provides a benefit to the creator of the game data.
