PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon nanotube dispersant having high heat resistance and to provide a new technology in which carbon nanotubes are dispersed into a resin to produce a resin-carbon nanotube composite.SOLUTION: A carbon nanotube dispersant comrises polyamic acid in which at least a portion of a diamine component is a unit that contains a benzoxazole structure. There is provided a carbon nanotube dispersant composition using the carbon nanotube dispersant.
