PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of securely preventing a photoreceptor drum, an exposure head, a positioning structure or the like from being damaged and deformed during transportation or the like in a head moving structure capable of moving an exposure head between a proximity position and a separated position.SOLUTION: An exposure head 10 during transportation or the like can be held at a locking position separating from a photoreceptor drum 9 by adding a switching structure to a head moving structure for moving an exposure head 10 between a proximity position and a separated position with respect to a photoreceptor drum 9. An operation body 27 is provided with a recess toward a contact recessed part 68 in contact with a slide frame 22 in a front direction and a protector 69 is integrally formed at a rear opening of the contact recessed part 68 to form a switching structure. The exposure head can be held at a separated position during transportation by holding the slide frame 22 at a locking position by the protector 69. When used, the protector 69 is broken off to remove from the contact recessed part 68. |
