PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a global navigation satellite system capable of reducing a position estimation error of a satellite receiver caused by a satellite with the error occurring therein by reducing a time delay caused until the satellite receiver confirms satellite state information.SOLUTION: The global navigation satellite system includes at least one satellite 210, a satellite control center 200 for controlling the at least one satellite, a server for transmitting satellite state information of the at least one satellite confirmed through the satellite control center to a satellite receiver 220, and a satellite receiver for restricting the use of a satellite signal received from the satellite with an error occurring when the satellite with the error occurring is confirmed through the satellite state information provided from the server.
