PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to enhancement of throughput by determining MCS appropriately.SOLUTION: A base station device 10 notifying a data signal modulation system and a code rate, being applied to uplink communication, for a plurality of mobile station devices using the same time resources and resources of the same frequency includes an MCS determination unit 20 for calculating the quality deterioration amount of data signal depending on the combination of demodulation reference signals assigned, respectively, to a plurality of mobile station devices, and determining the data signal modulation system and a code rate on the basis of the quality deterioration amount thus calculated. |
