[Problem] To provide a vehicle light system in which lights are added to specific places other than existing lights such as head lights or brake lights, and lighting is carried out in response to lighting operations or automatically under specific conditions. [Solution] A vehicle (1) light system is provided with recessed-section lights (12) that are located on a recessed-section surface (11) and that provide light in the sideways direction, the recessed-section surface (11) being located behind a handle section (13) in a door knob part (10), and it being possible to insert fingers therein. The recessed-section lights (12) light up in response to the operation of a direction indicator or the operation of a hazard switch, or, the recessed-section lights (12) light automatically when specific conditions have been detected. |
