SHORT STRESS LINE MULTI-ROLLER STRAIGHTENING MACHINE

A short stress line multi-roller straightening machine comprises a frame (1), a roller system, and bearing blocks and a pull rod (2) arranged at one end or both ends of the roller system. The roller system comprises an upper straightening roller group (3) and a lower straightening roller group (4). The bearing blocks comprise upper bearing blocks (5) and lower bearing blocks (6) corresponding to the upper straightening roller group (3) and the lower straightening roller group (4) respectively. The upper bearing blocks (5) are respectively connected with the two adjacent lower bearing chokes (6) through the pull rod (2), and the upper bearing blocks (5) and/or the lower bearing blocks (6) are in movable fit with the pull rod (2) in the axial direction of the pull rod. A roller gap adjusting device acting on the pull rod (2) is correspondingly arranged on the bearing blocks which in movable match with the pull rod (2) in the axial direction. The short stress line multi-roller straightening machine is simple in structure, compact in structure, light in weight and low in costs, and has features of short stress line and high rigidity.
