摘要 <p>Provided is a brightness measurement device with which it is possible, while increasing a degree of freedom of a setting time, to obtain with high precision a brightness predict value in the setting time with a short measurement time. A brightness measurement device (10) comprises a photoreceptor unit (15), a computation unit (23), and a storage unit (22). A first standard characteristic line (P1) and a second standard characteristic line (P2) are employed which are obtained from a standard luminous material (Pb) which is excited with respectively different excitation luminosities. Stored in the storage unit (22) is a brightness predict line (Bp) as a linear formula which includes a first quasi-brightness point (b1) from the first standard characteristic line (P1) and a second quasi-brightness point (b2) from the second standard characteristic line (P2) which may be represented with a value denoted with a first element based on an afterglow brightness of a first time (T1) and a value denoted with a second element based on an afterglow brightness at a second time (T2). The computation unit (23) computes a brightness predict value (CP) at the second time (T2) by overlaying upon the brightness predict line (Bp) the value denoted with the first element based on the afterglow brightness at the first time (T1) of a subject luminous material (Pd).</p>
