#CMT# #/CMT# The raclette oven (1) has a radiant heater (3), a trough-shaped support (4) for a raclette pan (5), and a U-shaped housing with two closed sidewalls (20,21) and cross-bars (25) which are arranged perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of housing. A longitudinal strut (26) is held as a carrier of the heater. A holding bar (6) is directly or indirectly arranged on the rear wall according to the length of the support and is aligned with the heater such that the rod extends on the raclette pan during the use. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Raclette oven for use in restaurants, markets and other commercial purposes. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The performance and efficiency value of heater is improved. Heat accumulation in the device is avoided. Lightweight and frameless construction of the device is enabled.
