PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clack valve assembly in which cost, complexity, weight, and assembly time are reduced, and the number of components of the clack valve is minimized to provide a strong mechanism.SOLUTION: A clack valve assembly 9 includes a valve seat 10 having an opening part, a lid 11 equipped with a base part, an opening part, a bearing equipped with a recess containing a pair of sidewalls between the base part and the opening part, and a shaft fitted in the recess between a lid plate and the bearing, and a shaft holding member 12 which closes the opening part of the recess of the bearing to hold the shaft in the recess. The shaft and the lid plate are a component formed integrally to be a single part. The shaft can rotate in the recess to allow the lid to rotate from a closed position at which the lid closes the valve seat to cover the opening part to an open position at which the lid is separated from the valve seat and raised so that a fluid can flow through the opening part of the valve seat. |
