PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extensible base material having extensibility and also tackiness having sites hardly changing the shapes even if being extended.SOLUTION: An extensible organic base material having tackiness has an adhesive layer at least on one surface of a sheet-like organic base material in which hardly extensible parts are partially and integrally formed in an extensible mother material, wherein the adhesive strength (temperature: 23°C, humidity: 65%RH, tensile rate: 300 mm/min, peeling angle: 180°, against SUS304) of the adhesive layer is ≥0.1 N/20 mm. Another extensible organic base material having tackiness is a sheet-like organic base material having extensibility in which hardly extensible parts are partially and integrally formed in an extensible mother material, wherein the adhesive strength (temperature: 23°C, humidity: 65%RH, tensile rate: 300 mm/min, peeling angle: 180°, against SUS304) of at least one surface of the sheet-like organic base material is ≥0.1 N/20 mm. |
