PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet irradiation apparatus in which fluttering of a workpiece is prevented even while keeping cooling performance of an ultraviolet lamp.SOLUTION: An ultraviolet irradiation apparatus has a long casing 2 for housing a long ultraviolet lamp 3 for irradiating a workpiece W with ultraviolet light. The casing 2 includes: an air intake part 2A for supplying air to the inside of the casing 2; and an air exhaust part 2B for exhausting the air supplied to the inside of the casing 2 to the outside. The air intake part 2A has: a first air intake 2A1 formed on one longitudinal-direction end of the casing 2 and outside the workpiece W; and a second air intake 2A2 formed on longitudinal-direction the other end of the casing 2 and outside the workpiece W. |
