PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which makes it possible to provide tracking of the MPP resistant to climatic variations with a limited increase of the duration of the perturbation cycle.SOLUTION: The present invention concerns a device for tracking the maximum power point of a power source, the device comprising: means for controlling the voltage provided by the power source to a first voltage value at a first time instant and for measuring a first electric power value; means for controlling the voltage provided by the power source at a second time instant to a second voltage value different from the first voltage value and for measuring a second electric power value; means for controlling the voltage provided by the power source at a third time instant to the first voltage value and for measuring a third electric power value; means for determining a fourth power value from the first and third power values; and means for modifying the first and second voltage values according to comparison of the second and fourth power values. |
