PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide fuel cell system capable of securing steam from startup to start of power generation without enlarging the scale of a device.SOLUTION: Fuel reformed by a reformer 4 is supplied to the anode 2 of a stack 1, a part of anode off-gas discharged from the anode 2 is circulated to the reformation passage of the reformer 4, and the remaining anode off-gas is mixed with cathode off-gas discharged from the cathode 3 of the stack 1 and used for heating of the reformer 4. In such a solid oxide fuel cell system, the cathode 3 and the reformer 4 are heated upon startup, a gas containing steam is circulated to the anode 2, and a combustor 11 for startup that supplies steam to an anode circulation route for startup is provided in an anode circulation route during startup operation. |
