PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode sheet material manufacturing device capable of uniformly applying an insulation material beside an active substance layer applied to a surface and a rear face without a gap while stably holding and transporting a sheet-like material to be a core material without increasing an entire line length of a manufacturing step.SOLUTION: In an electrode sheet material manufacturing device, a sub-nozzle for applying a first main surface and a sub-nozzle for applying a second main surface are arranged on a downstream side in a sheet material transportation direction to a main nozzle for applying the first main surface and a main nozzle for applying the second main surface, and on an upstream side in the sheet material transportation direction to a drying part. An application liquid emission part of the sub-nozzle for applying the first main surface is arranged one each on both outer sides in a sheet material width direction to the application liquid emission part of the main nozzle for applying the first main surface. An application liquid emission part of the sub-nozzle for applying the second main surface is arranged one each on both outer sides in a sheet material width direction to the application liquid emission part of the main nozzle for applying the second main surface.
