PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle restraining device capable of reproducing a running state of a vehicle, and a vehicle testing method.SOLUTION: A vehicle restraining device 10 includes a pair of support post parts 14 provided at both sides of a vehicle 12 and fixed to a base part of a bench testing device, a movable part 16 provided in the support post parts 14 slidably in a vertical direction and connected to the vehicle 12, and an energization part 18 for cancelling the weight of the movable part 16 by energizing the movable part 16 upward. The movable part 16 includes a rotating shaft part 26 for supporting the vehicle 12 rotatably centering on a horizontal rotating shaft, and a position adjustment mechanism 34 for adjusting a relative position of the rotating shaft to the vehicle in a vertical direction. |
