PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a prototype by a design based on past preparation data and experience and to determine the specifications of a product by making adjustments based on a sensory evaluation result by the actual fishing of a specialist inspector in manufacturing a fishing rod made of a tubular resin material.SOLUTION: A design system for a tubular resin member designs the tubular resin member by adding digitized physical elements computed by moment acting on the tubular resin member and rigidity, as design items to parameters of physical elements in length, outer diameter, weight, wall thickness, laminated structure, rigidity, the amount of resin and the arranged direction of fibers which are used in a normal rod design time, and incorporating a sensory evaluation into the physical elements. |
