PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a spin loss by regulating oil deviation between insides of cases adjacent via a partition wall of a transmission case.SOLUTION: A transmission case 3 arranged with a drive shaft 5 extended in a longitudinal direction of a vehicle body is divided into a front case 6 and a rear case 7, and the cases 6, 7 are demarcated through the medium of a partition wall 8. An oil circulation passage hole 8a communicating between a front chamber 6a of the front case 6 and a rear chamber 7a of the rear case 7 is bored in a lower part of the partition wall 8. An air circulation passage 13a which allows the circulation of air in the front chamber 6a and rear chamber 7a is provided at an upper part of the partition wall 8. An one-way valve 12 for regulating the circulation of air from the rear chamber 7a to the front chamber 6a in response to a difference between air pressures of both chambers 7a, 6a is arranged in the air circulation passage 13a. |
